  • The static 'Sendent' label has been replaced with a dynamic variable for easier white-labeling and custom branding.

  • Users can now manually set a date when creating shares without needing to press Enter.
  • Fixed an issue where attachments in appointments were not properly intercepted.

Status Sync

• Added detection for meetings in Outlook (distinct from regular appointments), enabling improved status management.
• Status updates now occur only when a change is detected (initially determined locally).

Offline Mode

• Introduced offline mode functionality. The application now respects event handling related to message sending when internet connectivity is unavailable. Offline mode status is determined based on the reachability of the configured Nextcloud instance.

Improved Notifications

• Enhanced visibility and reliability of startup-related notifications by replacing blocking pop-ups with standard Windows notifications.

Talk Integration

• Removed unnecessary invitee email notifications when inviting users to Nextcloud Talk.
• Invitations now distinguish clearly between Nextcloud users (using autocomplete API) and regular users, who will receive an anonymous link. Nextcloud Guest account users continue to be treated as standard Nextcloud users.
• SIP PIN functionality has been disabled permanently.
• Added the {ShareId} tag for SIP room numbers, which will be fully integrated into the Nextcloud application soon.

Recipient Handling

• Enhanced detection of X400 addresses to more reliably determine standard SMTP addresses.
• Improved handling of Exchange contacts.

Localization

• Danish translations are now available.
• Russian translations are now available.

Improvements

• We’ve improved how secrets are handled and managed, ensuring a more secure and efficient process. 
• Nextcloud Talk invitation support has been added. We now properly invite users by email address or if they exist on the Nextcloud instance as a user.
• Nextcloud Talk SIP support has been added.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a compatibility issue affecting sharing in Nextcloud 30, this impacted default expiration dates.
• Resolved a problem where Nextcloud Talk was not properly disabling in the calendar of Outlook.
• Fixed an issue in combination with the Standard plan.

Default Settings Update

• Filedrop is now disabled by default, reverting to the behavior introduced in version 4.0. In combination with the latest Sendent app for Nextcloud, you can enable filedrop again.

Improvements

• Resolved an issue where various icons would not display correctly when the UI was resized to smaller dimensions and the Outlook UI would adapt the ribbon.

New Features

• Drag-and-drop the contents of a ZIP file directly into the Sendent upload dialog. This way you don't have to extract the file beforehand. 
• Using Nextcloud Talk? From Nextcloud 30 and onwards, it's now possible to easily be directed to your Nextcloud Talk Conversation Settings!

Improvements

• We can now accommodate to air-gapped Nextcloud environments.
• General performance improvements have been made across the plugin.

New Features

• Nextcloud User Presence Synchronization. You can now synchronize your user presence with Nextcloud (requires the user_presence app in Nextcloud).This feature automatically checks your default calendar to detect if you're in a meeting, tracks inactivity when you're away from your PC, and updates your status when you're online.Make sure to enable Presence Synchronization for this feature to work correctly.
• Folder Drag-and-Drop Support in File Upload dialog. The file upload dialog now supports the drag-and-drop of entire folders! All subfolders and their contents will be automatically uploaded and organized, streamlining the process of sending multiple files. Perfect for handling large or structured file uploads with ease.

Other Changes

• Theming Dependency modified. The dependency on theming is made less strict, if you're using Sendent for Outlook Premium or Plus, advanced theming options remain available are the way forward. This only relevant if by default the Nextcloud Theming app is not present.
