Release notes v6.0.0

With this release, Sendent for Outlook is renamed to Nextcloud for Outlook. You'll see the new name and logo in Outlook and in our documentation. Functionality, settings, and licenses stay the same, so no action is needed. Read more about the rebrand.

New

• New branding: Sendent for Outlook is being rebranded is Nextcloud for Outlook.
• Signatures: it is now possible to distribute signatures to your Outlook client using Sendent.
• Talk password policy: passwords for Talk rooms are checked against the Nextcloud password policy.

Improved

• Faster contact status: IM provider data is cached locally. On top of that added filtering support.

Fixed

• ShareDays can no longer go past an expiration date that Nextcloud enforces.
• A separate password email was sent for Talk rooms even when that option was off for Talk.
• Talk moderators: Talk now finds the right moderator when a meeting is sent on behalf of someone else. Talk feature detection is also fixed.
• Share permissions: files and folders you can't share can no longer be selected or opened in the file picker.
• The password field stayed disabled after a wrong password was entered.
  
• Calendar items weren't found with some regional date formats, so the alternative status was never set.
• IM provider now shows other users' status correctly.
• Embedded logos in emails and appointments are no longer shown as separate attachments.
• IM provider install failed because of caching.
